Second phase of WiFi-BUS project starts
The ISP LLC \"Super iMAX\" (Trademark EVO+) together with JSC \"Toshshahartranshizmat\" launched the initiative to organize access to the Internet through Wi-Fi on public transport in Tashkent. The project is called Wi-Fi-BUS.
4 buses on the route 14 have been launched currently in the test mode.
According to the organizers, the first phase of testing has completed successfully. The purpose of the first phase of testing was to check the level of signal and parameters of the access to the network provider.
The next phase of testing will be conducted on core network provider. To do this, equipment which previously was installed on the buses will be dismantled.
The second phase of testing will include performance measurements of the previously used equipment in high load conditions. At this stage, it is also planned to check the applications of all queries received from subscribers during the first phase of testing.
During February-March of the current year, it is planned to conduct the final test, if the results will be successful, the full-scale launch of the project will be carried out.

LLC \"Super iMAX\" (Trademark EVO+) operator provides Internet access based on LTE wireless technology.
The company was founded in 2007 with the participation of KT Corporation (Korea Telecom) and Sumitomo Corporation.
