On 5 December 2005 Tashkent Regional Criminal Court completed hearings and announced of a verdict on criminal cases opened against 13 and 12 defendants who were participated in terrorist acts and other very grave crimes committed in Andijan on 12-13 May 2005.

Defendants were found guilty and convicted of committing crimes stipulated by subparagraphs ?a?, ?b?, ?g?, ?d?, ?e?, ?m?, ?o?, ?p?, part II Article #97 (deliberate murder under aggravating circumstances), subparagraph ?a, b? part 3 of article #155 (terrorism), part 4 of article #159 (an infringement on constitutional system of Uzbekistan) and other articles of the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and were sentenced to various terms.

The Tashkent Regional Court has sentenced Bahtiyorzhon Mirzakarimov to 17 years of custody, Kenjaboy Kholmatov - 16, Anvarjon Atabekov, Sharobiddin Egamov and Yunuskhon Umarov - 15, Tolibjon Kabilov, Odil Usmanov, Dilshodbek Sadirov, Nurillo Abdullaev, Khokimjon Kadirov, Ravshan Atabaev, Dilmurod Achilov, Jamoliddin Dadaboev and Domla Ishanov - 14, Ikrom Khojiev - 12 years of imprisonment.

The Tashkent Regional Criminal Court has issued the following sentences of imprisonment: Ibrohimjon Ismailov and Mahamajon Kodirov - 17 years, Abdumalik Ibragimov, Kobiljon Samatov and Tavakkaljon Egamberdiev - 16, Nurillo Dadakhodjaev, Kobiljon Gafurov, Orifjon Abdullaev, Khayotullo Nadirov and Omatillo Dadahojaev - 15.5 years, Adil Ashurov - 15, Khafizullo Nodirov, Omadbek Ismailov, Abduvohid Ibragimov, Giyasiddin Umarov, Fahriddin Tajimatov and Mansur Turakulov - 14, Hasan Shakirov - 13 years of custody.
