Andrei Hrienko: \"All conditions created for voters and observers\"
Representatives of foreign countries and international organizations, who arrived in our country to observe the elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited polling stations where they monitoring the voting process.
- Arriving early in the morning to the polling station ¹160 in Tashkent, I make sure that it is already full of voters - said General Director of the International Institute for Strategic Studies \"Vector\" Andrei Hrienko (Russia). - I was very impressed by active participation of citizens in elections. This indicates that they consider themselves to be implicated in the fate of the motherland. Voters are widely familiar with the election programs of the presidential candidates.
Preparations for the presidential election in Uzbekistan may serve as an example for others. All the necessary conditions created at the polling stations for the convenience of voters and observers is a clear confirmation of it. With this the right to a secret ballot is fully secured.

Reforms in social sectors, in particular education, implemented in Uzbekistan are noteworthy. As a result of the country\'s continuing education system, created an effective mechanism for the training of specialists with deep knowledge and high skills.
