President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov arrived in Moscow, Russia on 9 December. On 10 December, the head of the state will participate in the session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the session of the Heads of States Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
