Uzbekyengilsanoat [Uzbek Light Industry] state joint-stock company registered new additional emission of shares for 1.592 billion soums, the company disclosed in local media. Uzbekyengilsanoat said it will issue 15,924 ordinary shares with par value of 100,000 soums each.

The shares will be placed in close subscription and all shares will be handed over to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan, which will manage it on behalf of Uzbek government.

Currently, the charter capital of the Uzbekyengilsanoat makes up 8.15 billion soums.
