Rural housing exhibition draws high attention
The exhibition of projects of rural housing and construction materials continues at the Uzexpocenter in Tashkent.
On Friday, the fifth day of the event, representatives of Tashkent and Surkhandarya regions, as well as students of the capital’s universities and professional colleges visited the exhibition.
The construction of the new settlements is planned in Buka, Chinaz and Yangiyul districts of Tashkent region and Termez, Sherabad and Jarqurgan districts of Surkhandarya.
According to Kamoliddin Eshmatov, chief architect of Surkhandarya, in Limonzor village of Termez district, 128 houses will be built.
“The projects we are presenting have been developed with consideration of use of modern materials and technologies, and local climate and landscape,” he told UzA.
Miarka Invest (Tashkent) presented the project of an assembled one-floor seven-room cottage. Company director Hojiakbar Valiyev said the house can be assembled in any season of the year.
The representatives of the two regions also participated in the seminar on constructing new houses for the rural residents and providing them with preferential credits.
