Seminar ?Advanced renewable energy technologies for Central Asia? is being held in Tashkent under the aegis of the NATO?s Scientific Council.

Its organisers are Centre for Science and Technologies under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, Inter-university Consortium for Study of Stable Development (Italy), La Sapienca university of Rome and the Uzbek Agency for Transfer of Technologies.

Scientists, experts and representatives of financial and industrial structures of Australia, UK, Denmark, Italy, Canada, US and CIS states are participating in the seminar.

According to UzA, the forum will discuss perspectives of development of alternative energy and cooperation between Uzbekistan and foreign states in using renewable energy.
