President of Uzbekistan ordered to create national commission on development and implementation of program \"Year of Charity and Medial Workers\", marked in 2006.

The commission entrusted to develop the project of the program \"Year of Charity and Medial Workers\" in cooperation of ministries and departments, Ministers\' Council of Karakalpakstan, administration of regions and Tashkent city, public and non-governmental organizations, charity funds and others.

The order said that in formation of the program the commission should pay attention to creation of legislative base to strengthen status and public recognition to charity in Uzbekistan, provision of necessary privileges to support charity movement.

The program should also stipulate formation of worthy conditions to medial workers, introduction of the system on stimulation of labor, directed to improvement medial services, etc.

The commission should determine real source of financing of the program, including with funds of the state budget, attraction of resources of state bodies in places, NGOs, charity, international and charity organizations.
