President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov resolved on improvement of organizational activity of Tashkent State Art Institute named after Manon Uygur on 21 July.

The resolution said that the measures are directed to improve training of staff in theatrical, cinema, television, art and culture spheres.

The document handed over complex of building located in Tashkent city to institute and entrusted corresponding organizations to reconstruct the complex by 1 September 2005.

The resolution also approved structure of the institute.
