Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan completed gas supply agreement, a head of ?Kyrgyzgas? said on Thursday in Bishkek.

Igor Chudinov, Director-general of ?Kyrgyzgaz?, said that Uzbekistan will supply 350 million cubic metres of gas in 2005. The supply agreement was signed between ?Kyrgyzgaz? and ?Uzbektransgaz?.

The price for gas set at US$42 per 1,000 cubic metres. Chudinov said that the volume of supplies should cover needs of Kyrgyzstan.
