Korean president expresses gratitude for warm reception
President of South Korea Roh Moo-hyun has sent a letter to his Uzbekistan counterpart to express his gratitude to warm reception during his visit to Uzbekistan in mid-May.
In his letter, Roh Moo-hyun said that he expressed frank gratitude for hearty reception and assistance in state visit to Uzbekistan, which took place on 10-12 May. Korean leader said that he is satisfied with fruitful visit.
Korean president also said that he was satisfied with results of the negotiations during which cooperation in energy, natural resources and information technologies and measures on development of bilateral relations were discussed.
Roh Moo-hyun hoped that the governments of two countries establish close cooperation relations directed to implement joint projects.
President Roh Moo-hyun wished robust health and prosperity to the Uzbek president.
