Online services of the State Tax Committee are now available on a single portal and online government services www.my.gov.uz, launched in a test mode from July 1, 2013.



About launch of the portal was announced at a press conference organized by the State Committee for communication, information and communication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, press service of the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan informs.

\"Services in a new format\" - this is the slogan of the portal, which functions on the principle \"one window\". Exactly in this mode, it is designed to provide interactive services to the public and government entities. At the moment, through a single portal in the test mode are about 40 services covering different sectors of economy and society. For example, now part of the services provided in real time. They include: \"Admission, registration and processing applications for service connection fixed telephony and Internet for businesses and individuals\", “Reception, registration and examination of applications for certificates of the State Tax Service of the absence of taxes”, “Reception license applications in the telecommunications industry”.

\"In addition, for entrepreneurs are being provided services for sending applications to obtain appropriate licenses in various fields.

Module \"Statistics\" provides the latest information on the state of public authorities and of users\' requests. It is designed to ensure transparency and openness for public authorities, which should enhance the efficiency of interaction between government agencies and the public.

Already is working the system of online payment services for urban telephone communication, Internet and digital television, which allows paying for above- mentioned services, provided by JSC \"Uzbektelecom\" through website, without leaving home.

Much attention is being paid to citizens’ appeals in various government agencies, including those at places.

Active development of online public services has raised the need for early introduction of online payments, and to pay through them, it is possible, they say, \"on the spot\" and the issue of differentiation: to know how much has to pay someone - it is no secret that for some services have so-called fork \"from - to\" and identify themselves as subjects.

As explained representatives of the Committee, these issues will be settled as the second phase of the Integrated Portal of online government services, as well as necessary to establish regulations for these same services first.

Currently, by public authorities, ministries and agencies have submitted about 600 regulations. They all will be examined for their efficiency and, if necessary will be improved. Implementing regulations will not only detail the question of payment of state duty, but in many cases, shorten delivery services themselves.

With regards to the identification of those who address through the portal, it’s possible to do so via ID.uz or by electronic signature. And no matter which body will be given a digital signature - it will be recognized by all agencies.
