A new project will increase the transparency of the public administration system

A single portal of online public services to be created in Uzbekistan. It is planned that the project will be implemented by the end of June this year.

To note, that today the domestic segment of the global network includes similar services. In March 2012, for the further development of e-government in the country, as well as empowering citizens on the treatment to the authorities on the basis of ICT in the government portal on the Internet the personal account of a citizen www.my.gov.uz was created and launched. This resource allows users - citizens and business entities to file their electronic appeal (request, suggestions, complaints) to the state authorities, as well as other agencies and departments through a single point of access. To do this, the user must register with a single login ID.UZ.

Now experts are continuing to work on the development and approval of common standards and technical requirements for the connection of interactive services in a single portal, which will painlessly integrate existing and just developed interactive services. In addition, public authorities carry out work on the implementation and integration into a single portal of its online public services, and to receive and consider complaints of citizens and entrepreneurs sent through personal portals, with publication at the single portal and an official site answers to frequently asked questions. To recall, at the present time, more than 90 ministries and agencies connected to the personal cabinet on the government portal.

Undoubtedly, the development and launch of a unified portal for online government services would be an important step in the further development and implementation of e-government in the country, and will help improve governance, increase the quantity and quality of public online services.
