More than 972 thousand jobs to open in Uzbekistan
International HR-Forum ‘Successful Staff - Successful Business’ in Tashkent highlighted topical issues of the labor market, an effective strategy for HR management and training.
The forum participants had an opportunity to exchange experiences with foreign experts, to participate in the master class of Brett Minchington, founder and manager of Australian company Employer Brand International, the global expert in branding: “I think we have worked productively with colleagues. HR market is rapidly developing HR-market, which has a positive effect on the economy as a whole.
Thus, as part of the master class we managed to exchange views on major trends in HR market, branding and rebranding of the leading companies in Uzbekistan and Australia, review the mechanism of development of this sphere on the example of the leading countries of the world.”
In addition, the forum featured an intercollegiate career day and job fair Much Work, organized in collaboration with the Center for the Promotion of Youth Employment under Kelajak Ovozi, school of young entrepreneurs, Forum of Socially Responsible Citizens of Uzbekistan and the information and rating agency SAIPRO .
“It is noteworthy that graduates of professional colleges and universities that participated in the job fair, found a job, got the opportunity to start your career,” said Tamila Kuchkarova, representative of SAIPRO, head of UzJobs recruitment web portal.
The forum summed up the work done on employment of the population. In particular, the collaboration of the Kelajak Ovozi Center of Youth Initiatives with government agencies, businesses, and NGOs have resulted in recruiting more than 7,000 job graduates of professional colleges and universities, and the total number of employed people exceeded 100 thousand people.
“We have a fairly extensive experience in the labor market. So, thanks to the close cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as well as with leading companies in the country, we were able over the past two years to organize more than 30 job fairs, thematic trainings and seminars,” said Bobur Bekmurodov, director of the Center for Promotion of Youth Employment under Kelajak Ovozi.
