A single portal for interactive government services, which will work on one-stop-shop regime, will be launched in Uzbekistan, a press service of the State Committee of Communication, Information and Telecommunication Technologies of Uzbekistan said.

The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution “On measures on further improving activities of Governmental portal of Uzbekistan at Internet, taking into account providing interactive government services”.

Single portal of interactive governmental services will be created within the Governmental Portal of Uzbekistan.

The single portal is directed at providing access to legal entities and individuals to information on services and functions of state and economic bodies, state bodies in places.

The portal will also provide opportunity to users to exchange data in electronic form, register requests to the state bodies through single point.

The single portal will also record requests and addresses of individuals and legal entities, monitor quality of rendered interactive government services, etc.

Launch of portal will increase efficiency of provided interactive government services to business entities and population, the committee said. (Source: UzDaily.com)
