Uzkimyosanoat state joint stock company (Uzbek Chemical Industry) will increase its charter capital up to 151.801 billion soums(official exchange rate $1=1984 UZS).

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares on 17 December 2012.

In line with the prospectus of emission, Uzkimyosanoat will issue 13,550,043 ordinary shares with nominal value of 11,203 soums each. Total sum of issue is 151.801 billion soums.

According to the company, shares will be placed on closed subscription via replacement of old shares with par value of 11,063 soums to new ones with nominal value of 11,203 soums.

The difference between old and new par values at the size of 1.897 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed net income. (Source: UzDaily.com)
