On 27-28 September 2012 the delegation of Uzbekistan held bilateral meetings with the the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Law of of the Republic of Singapore Kasiviswanathan Shanmugam, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Urmas Paet during the general debates of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral relations, interaction within the UN and other organizations, exchanged views on on regional and international problems.
