Performances staged on the works of best world authors, including William Shakespeare, Alisher Navoi, Alexander Green, Anton Chekhov, Ghafur Ghulom, touching the everlasting life themes and full of great depth of meaning, would leave none indifferent. Thus, the festival program has such popular products as Romeo and Juliet, The Wall of Iskandar, Faust, Rothschild’s Violin, as well as joint projects of Uzbek and foreign theaters, staged in the form of readings with performing elements. Those include Threads of Silk (UK-Uzbekistan-Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan) and Kho’ja Nasriddin’s Five Wives (Uzbekistan-Tajikistan, Uzbekistan-Israel, and Uzbekistan-Germany).
