Factions of political parties and MPs Group of Ecologic Movement of Uzbekistan at the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan held sessions to discuss draft laws, which were included to the plenary session of the lower house of parliament.

MPs discussed a draft law “On introduction of changes to law “On execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies” in connection with adoption of law “On realtor activity”, a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with further reforming judicial-legal system”.

They also considered a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to Code of administrative responsibility and Tax Code of Uzbekistan”, a draft law “On introduction of amendments to Criminal Code and Code of administrative responsibility in connection with introduction of responsibility for illegal interference to activities of businesses”, a draft law “On protection of private property and guarantees of owners’ rights”.

Parties discussed a draft law “On introduction of changes to Code of administrative responsibility” and a draft law “On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with adoption of the law “On competition”.

Parties developed their positions on the considered laws. They noted importance of the documents for further developing of economy of Uzbekistan and social sector, judicial-legal system, etc. (Source: UzDaily.com)
