The fifth international children’s open sports competitions in rhythmic gymnastics “Kichkintoy” took place at the sports complex “Uzbekiston”.

The competition, organized by the Fund “Forum of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan”, children’s sports complex “Forum Junior Sport”, Children’s Sports Development Fund at the Ministry of Cultural and Sports Affairs as well as the Tashkent city administration, was attended by young the gymnasts of Uzbekistan and athletes from Kazakhstan.

The international tournament in rhythmic gymnastics “Kichkintoy” traditionally held in the country contributes to the development of sports and creating additional opportunities for trainers to share experiences.

In the course of two days of competition, its participants demonstrated their skills in individual and team performances, in the exercises with a ribbon, hoop and without objects.

Winners of the tournament in different age categories and teams were awarded with diplomas and gifts. A concert program with the participation of young performers and children’s art groups was presented at the end of the event. (Source: UzA news agency)
