Trustee councils will be created at the educational establishments of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.

Ministry of Public Education adopted a decree, which approved a regulation on trustee council of educational establishment of educational establishment.

According to the document, the regulation is valid for public education establishments, financed by state budget.

Trustee councils are created to improved educational process and development of material-technical base of educational establishments. Parents of students, representatives of legal entities and self-governing bodies, who actively participate in activities of the school, can be members of the councils.

The document said that parents of students can address to the council if workers of the school ask money. Such violations will be considered at meetings and violators will be punished in line with the legislation. (Source: UzDaily.com)
