Property for a total cost of 15 billion soums to be transferred in the charter capital of CJSC Angren Logistics Center
The Executive Order of May 8, 2012 adopted additional measures to ensure effective operation of JSC Angren Logistics Center. Those include the transfer of property worth 15 billion soums (official exchange rate 1 USD= 1865,13 UZS) from the balance sheet of OJSC Farg\'onaazot to the authorized capital of JSC Angren Logistics Center at the market value. This covers housing and property of the liquidated JSC Rezinotekhnika where OJSC Farg\'onaazot carried out reconstruction and conversion works.

According to the JSC Angren Logistics Center, in addition to Farg\'onaazot, which allocated property estimated 15 billion to the statutory fund of the center, the number of shareholders includes Uzavtosanoat with a share of 21.1 billion soums, Uzbekistan Railways - 8.2 billion soums.

In August 2011, the Angren Logistics Center issued 30,000 ordinary shares with a par value of one million soums for 30 billion soums for private subscription equally among the shareholders – Uzavtosanoat, Uzbekistan Railways and Farg\'onaazot.

The Center was commissioned in early 2010 on the basis of the Ablyk railway station and takes the goods delivered by railroad from different parts of Uzbekistan, for their further shipment to the Ferghana Valley (Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions) through the high mountain passes Kamchik and Rezak. It includes components for cars and finished products of joint venture GM Uzbekistan, oil of Fergana refinery, products of large chemical plants and other goods. As the Head of State said at a government meeting on the results of 2011 and the priorities of socioeconomic development in 2012, last year the volume of traffic through the pass Kamchik of Angren Logistics Center was 4.2 million tons of cargo. This is 1.3 times more than in 2010.

Simultaneously with the expansion of the logistics center the road A-373 Tashkent - Osh at sites 108-208 km (Akhangaran district of Tashkent region, Pap district of Namangan region) is being reconstructed in 2012. The highway, which connects with the center of the Fergana Valley of Uzbekistan, passes through the mountains at an altitude of 2,000 meters, including the tunnels under the mountain passes Kamchik and Rezak. The road through the pass Kamchik significantly shortens the path, but in winter there is the danger of avalanches, landslides and mudflows.

The program of contract constructions in 2012 provided a limit of capital investment for the reconstruction of the 55-kilometer stretch in the amount of 112.1 billion soums (of which 43.5 billion soums are means the National Road Fund and 68.5 billion soums – the ADB loan) . Asian Development Bank funds intended for the construction of concrete slabs for 24 kilometers.

In addition Fargonaneftkimemontaj shall install 615 snow avalanche shields the worth 3 billion soums. (Source: UzReport.com)
