Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT) and Webster University (USA) signed a memorandum of understanding in Tashkent on 17 May 2012.

The press service of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information said that the sides agreed to cooperate in developing new academic programmes for students, exchanging students and post-graduate students through international campuses of Webster University, exchange of scientific materials, publications and information, holding joint researches, etc.

Webster University has been founded in 1915. It locates in Saint Louise, the United States. The university has network of local and international establishments, which train about 22,000 students.

Webster University has campuses in London, Vienna, Amsterdam and Leiden (the Netherlands), Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu (China). The university has partners in Brazil, Japan, Hungary, Slovakia. (Source: UzDaily.com)
