National Security Council under President of the Republic of Uzbekistan convened for a regular session on April 3.

The meeting has been chaired by President of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the National Security Council Islam Karimov.

The agenda included analysis of current issues, security threats and challenges in Uzbekistan and the wider region, as well as measures to counter those threats.
