Life in Photo Camera Lenses
Samples of artistic creativity by a young photo journalist The Tashkent House of Photography is hosting a solo exhibition Drop in the Ocean of the young photo journalist Nazira Boymurodova. The exhibition enjoys a great success with youngsters, art connoisseurs and professional photographers, and all those who are interested in national traditions and life in regions of Uzbekistan.

The exhibition displays about hundred art photographs different in content and design, yet common with a special spring mood, love of life and optimism. Photos have been made during numerous trips of Nazira Boymurodova to cities and settlements throughout Uzbekistan. They as like take visitors to journey to picturesque places for acquainting them with ordinary people of regions and their life.

Nazira Boymurodova considers that photography is one of the ways of communication enabling to bear innermost feelings and emotions. Being not only the photographer, but a poetess, she finds artistic solutions in all trades that are attested by the exhibition of her new products.

They are filled with love of the author for children that turned main heroes of major of her shots. Sincerity, beauty and joy present in all works of the young photo journalist and unwillingly make people enjoy the life. National color is delivered in quite an interesting way that is depicted in almost all products of Nazira Boymurodova. Photographs of young brides in traditional outfits are especially colorful and expressive, as well as various scenes from rural life. Nature photos are of special attention, which reflect picturesque sides of Uzbekistan, exotic flowers and home place landscapes. Works by Nazira Boymurodova attract people’s attention not only by content, but their distinctive captions. It shows that the author creates them with love and care. They accurately reflect the gist of photographs and make think over poetry of every moment of our life.

“I have made the shots displayed in the exhibition Drop in the Ocean within three years. I tried to reflect in them all those beautiful we have in our life Motherland spaces, children’s smiles, beautiful flowers. I believe the exhibition with present the visitors with good and festive mood,” says Nazira Boymurodova.

Born in Jizzakh region, the young photographer was keen in drawing, poetry and photography. She studied in the international journalism department of the State World Languages University. Later, she studied in the school-studio of creative photography under the Tashkent House of Photography. Many professional achievements are under her belt, such as triumph at the Republican Contest Kelajak Ovozi 2006, and various republican photo contests and festivals. Currently, Nazira Boymurodova works as the photo reporter at the newspaper Ishonch, writes poetry and active in creativity. (Source: “Uzbekistan Today” newspaper)
