Kamolot youth movement and Tashkent State law Institute organised the third marathon entitled ?New parliament is my future!?

The marathon aims at raising legal competence and legal standards among the country?s young people. It includes training, workshops and lectures on two-chamber parliament and voting rights.

30 activists will visit remote districts of the country on a special bus.

On 27 October, Kamolot representatives and students of Tashkent State Law Institute and State Conservatory of Uzbekistan visited Syrdarya region where they met young people and held a number of events. Students of the State Conservatory performed a concert programme.

On 5-7 November, the bus will set off to Samarkand and Jizzakh. The third stage of the marathon will cover 12 regions of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan.

The first stage of the marathon was held in March and April in Tashkent.

The second marathon was held in July and August and covered 50 mahallas (local communities) of Tashkent.
