Programmers on Their Own
Teachers create useful “games”.
In Uzbekistan even more teachers try to use creative approach to the introduction of information-educational technologies in school life. As a result, unconventional solutions making classes more interesting and content-rich grow in number. It has been demonstrated at the annual special contest among teachers organized by the Ministry of Public Education. This year it gathered participants more than in the previous year by third.
Today, teachers along with acquired multimedia products use their own developments in classes. They prepare for lessons learning guides, textbooks and didactic materials in electronic format, as well as training games, trainers and video reels. The contest determined the authors of the best works. The jury members were common in opinion that this sort of resources upgraded in level and performance.
Contenders redoubled in number in the nomination for software developments allowing to automate the organization and management of training process and to computerize the working place of teachers. Ready for wider introduction is still the work developed by the teacher of informatics from the school ¹17 of Bukhoro Rustam Hakimov. UT wrote about this teacher in its previous issues. His development contributes in strict meeting of requirements of curricula and programs. It also helps in evaluating knowledge of students and keeps in touch with parents. Svetlana Podolkina of Tashkent came second and Fayzulla Boymatov from Andijon region came third in this nomination. (Source: Ut.uz)
