\"CONSTITUTION REGULATES THE IMPORTANT PUBLIC RELATIONS BETWEEN CITIZENS, SOCIETY AND STATE\"
Pakistani online edition Pakistani Friends Overseas posted an article on the role and significance of the Constitution of Uzbekistan in the life of the country.
The author of the material is the expert analytical department of the Central Bank of Pakistan Mahmud ul Hassan Khan.
The article notes that the adoption of the Constitution in 1992 was a significant event for our young republic on the path of building a democratic state with a socially oriented market economy.
\"The Basic Law has provided equity and social justice, guaranteed the basic civil rights and freedoms. It stimulates the development of independent media, is the foundation of a stable and sustainable development of the country\", the author stated.
According to the expert, the Constitution regulates the important public relations between citizens, society and the state, the principles of organization of state power.
The publication says that the Basic Law of Uzbekistan guarantees the quality of life and sustainable economic growth. In particular, it is noted that the country\'s economy, despite the global financial and economic crisis in recent years shows a steady growth rate of over 8%. According to the Asian Development Bank for the past five years, revenues of the population increased by more than three times.
The author also informs about the results of the initiative launched in late 2010, President Islam Karimov of the Concept of further deepening democratic reforms and formation of civil society in the country. It is noted that considerable progress was made in many areas.
In conclusion, edition noted that the Constitution of Uzbekistan is one of the most effective of these instruments in the countries of Central Asia.
