About the Embassy / Ambassador

Born on February 18, 1964 in Moscow, Russian Federation.

In 1986, graduated from Tashkent State University with specialization on History of Arab Countries. In 1999, completed the Academy on State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and received Master's degree in International Relations. Married with two children.
